The relatively new dwarf planet Makemake stands firm in the initial degrees of Libra; no additional transits into Virgo appear on his docket for centuries to come. Makemake’s orbital elements consist of a north node in Gemini and a perihelion in Aries, which create a blend of an urgency to define the self and the self’s agenda with the need for impeccable articulation until clarity occurs.
When listening to politicians... those applying a clever Gemini sleight of the mouth in the interest of self-adulation, does it resonate as true or thinly-veiled hype and hyperbole?
When listening to yourself, can you uncover the roots of confidence, package it, and use rich soulful branding to sell your brilliant ideas?
That is the agenda. While in the early degrees of Libra and in play through the entirety of 2017, Makemake aligns with the aphelion of Haumea (while sextile her north node) and stands square the perihelion/aphelion axis of Saturn. Haumea, another of the new dwarf “planets” stirs the soulful cauldron within and spews forth the lava forged by internal consciousness and creativity. Saturn, of course, reports that if your idea is so damn important, you need to make it real, show its positive impact in real world terms and monetize it.
Makemake to Haumea’s aphelion defines the need to step back and think creatively. Out of the box... but by diving deep into consciousness... the cave of the soul, so to speak. Sit back and reflect. Get a grip on ideas. Make them believable. Then, believe in what you believe and do so because you have revisited all thoughts for logic, purpose, applicability and best yet, your belief in it and your belief that you are the messenger.
Before you know it, on September 21st, Jupiter and Makemake align in Libra, geocentrically conjunct the Super Galactic Center. This enigmatic and powerfully attractive degree asks, if can you establish natural soul fusion. Are your ego and soul aligned? If so, what is the mission statement of you in this life? Is it defined? Is it clear to you... and others subject to your communications? Do you believe your hype? Have you made yourself that unique brand that others cannot live without? If so, the law of irresistible attraction noted to be present in supermassive black hole structures benefits each and every proclamation made.
Another reason why the Jupiter and Makemake conjunction deserves super, well-directed attention, they come closest to the Sun at very much the same point... in Aries. A demand that each person must stand tall, be counted and with eyes ahead, heart center full, third eye open, such that only good comes from you being you... and bringing forth your message to the world. Also, Jupiter sanctions justice for the gods. He arbitrates, legislates, adjudicates and declares benefit to those who pursue high-mind matters and align with high road predicates.
Later this year, December 27th, Saturn transits the south node of Makemake. Makemake was the primary deity of the people of Rapa Nui, Easter Island, a small island in the middle of the Pacific, isolated from the rest of the world, but directly under the core of insights spewed forth by the Galactic Center. From Rapa Nui, we get that it’s time to get real... about life... about our missions... about the limitations of this planet upon which we plod. All ecological systems require revamping. Outdated methods of recycling must be replaced with solutions that are global sustainability savvy. Population controls must be figured out such that resources of the Earth are not depleted and without restricting the karmas of animals and humans. How do we dispose of the bodies whose souls have departed? Preservation of the oceans should top political agendas in all lands.

This amazing young man has natal Makemake conjunct the master healer Chiron in clean-it-up Virgo! This conjunction is enhanced by a pair of sextiles to a water trine, Ceres in Cancer, Jupiter in Scorpio. As Boyan Slat personifies, those with fabulous ideas as to how to improve conditions, heal the world and promote consciousness, too, need to come forth and talk their protocol without reservation.
Next year (February 28th), Jupiter aligns with his own most distant point from the Sun as well as that of Makemake (March 17th). Let us hope that at this time legislators in all lands have heard the pleas of preserve the planet and legislate accordingly. Let us hope that each individual on the planet has found the confidence to proclaim their propaganda. Of course, with confidence, consciousness and clarity of purpose, it’s not propaganda at all. Like Thomas Edison, with natal Mercury conjunct Makemake, a light bulb goes off above ones head and offers insight and illumination to be spread personally.
